Working principle

The double-cylinder switching filter is composed of two single-cylinder filters and a full-bore three-way ball valve. It has a simple structure and is easy to use, so as to ensure the safety of the system. During the working process, when the filter element of the single-cylinder filter is blocked to a certain extent and needs to be cleaned or replaced, the main engine should be stopped to replace the filter element. The disadvantage of the single-tube filter in this regard is that the filter element can be cleaned or replaced without stopping the machine to ensure the normal and continuous operation of the main engine. The characteristic of his work is that when one filter element is blocked and needs to be replaced, it is not necessary to stop the work of the main engine, as long as the three-way ball valve is switched to another filter, the other filter can participate in the work, and then replace the blocked filter. Filter element, the filter cartridge on the filter element side needs to be replaced, and a small amount of leakage is allowed.
