Product Description

The ZLYC vacuum oil filter is used to move the water, air and solid impurities in oil. It's designed with the different boiling point for different liquid. With the 70℃ temperature, the water boils with 30000 Pa pressure. While the oil boils with 5 Pa pressure. 

The pressure is more than 30000 Pa, the water turns into vapor and go out from oil. The oil spray in the vacuum tank from the top. The water turns into vapor and go out vacuum tank by vacuum pump. After moving the water, the oil go out from the under of tank. 

Equipment performance

The vacuum oil filter includes vacuum system, filter system, heating system and automatic control system. The vacuum system has vacuum tank, vacuum pump, cooling tank and liquid tank. In order to add the suface area and the time of oil in the system, we use advanced design. The water can be separated mostly. The advanced defoaming system is used to avoild oil leaking.

The three degree oil filter system is used. The first filter can protect the oil pump well and extend the main filter usage time. Two oil filters after the oil pump can clear the oil faster. The different precision can move different impurities and improvide the filter usage time. 

The whole system is heating step by step. This will keep the oil stable. The oil temperater can adjust during 0 - 100 ℃. The temperatue can decided by your usage condition and automatically. The machine will stop work with very less oil automatically to protect the whole machine.

The  transducer, liquid level transmitter, temperature sensor and so on can collect all the information and feedback to PLC control center. It can work automatically and safety.
