The fully automatic self-cleaning filter uses a strong wedge-shaped filter net to automatically clean the filter element through pressure difference control and timing control. When the impurities in the self-cleaning filter accumulate on the surface of the filter element and cause the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet to increase to the set value or the timer reaches the preset time, the electric control box sends out a signal to drive the backwashing mechanism. When the mouth of the backwashing suction cup is facing the inlet of the filter element, the drain valve opens, and the system releases pressure and drains water, and a negative pressure area with a relative pressure lower than the water pressure outside the filter element appears on the inside of the suction cup and the filter element, forcing part of the net circulating water to flow from the outside of the filter element. The impurity particles adsorbed on the inner wall of the filter element flow into the pan with the water and are discharged from the drain valve. The specially designed filter makes the inside of the filter produce a spray effect, and any impurities will be washed away from the smooth inner wall. When the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the filter returns to normal or the timer setting time ends, during the whole process, the material will not flow continuously, and the water consumption for backwashing is small, realizing continuous and automatic production. The filter screen assembly is the core component of the self-cleaning filter. Its cylinder skeleton is made of ABS engineering plastics. According to different filtering water quality and requirements, it can be divided into plain weaving net, mat-type net, Z-type net, etc.; according to different filtration accuracy The difference can be selected in the range of 50-3000 microns, which can ensure that the filter screen has sufficient strength and durability. The filter screen and the plastic frame are completed by high-frequency induction heat melting process, which can ensure the firm combination of the filter screen and the frame, and ensure that the filter screen will not be deformed, peeled off, or fall off for a long time.
