Operating instructions for fully automatic self-cleaning filters:

1. After unpacking, check whether the equipment and components are complete and damaged according to the packing list.

2. Connect the pipeline correctly according to the water inlet and outlet marked on the equipment.

3. When hoisting the equipment, do not take the geared motor and the sewage hole as the stress points.

4. The equipment can only be connected to the power supply after passing the water pressure test.

5. To install pressure gauges at the water inlet and outlet, a bypass should be made for the convenience of equipment maintenance.

6. The control box can be connected to the power supply only after the pipeline is passed through the water for pressure test.

7. The outlet connectors of the deceleration motor, differential pressure sensor and sewage electric valve on the filter housing are in one-to-one correspondence with the outlet connectors of the control box (the equipment has been connected before leaving the factory)

8. Check the incoming voltage to prevent burn-in. After confirming that there is no problem, the power can be turned on.

9. Turn on the power switch on the electric control box. Set up a timer program. Check whether the geared motor can drive the steel brush to rotate.

Note: The device is set as usual, but users can also set it according to their needs.

Fault judgment and elimination of automatic self-cleaning filter:

1. The motor shaft does not rotate. If the motor is silent, the circuit is not connected. Check the circuit and plug the geared motor connection tightly.

2. If there is any noise in the motor, the stainless steel brush is covered by foreign matter. Power off to prevent the motor from burning out and notify the manufacturer for maintenance.

3. No sewage discharge There is a problem with the motor shaft rotating the sewage discharge solenoid valve. Check whether the blowdown solenoid valve is blocked or damaged: Insert the plug of the blowdown solenoid valve into the pressure sensor plug tightly.

4. The relay does not respond. The 12V power line is not connected or the relay is damaged. Connect the 12V power line terminal and replace the relay.

5. Water leakage at the sealing gland ① The sealing packing is not tightly pressed: ② The sealing packing is damaged. ① Compress the sealing gland: ② Replace the sealing packing.
