The security filter adopts a formed filter material, under the action of pressure, the raw liquid passes through the filter material, the filter residue remains on the pipe wall, and the filtrate flows out through the filter material, so as to achieve the purpose of filtration. Structure: filter cloth, filter screen, filter sheet, sintered filter tube, wire wound filter element, meltblown filter element, etc. Due to the different filter materials, the filter pore size is also different. This kind of filter is a filter between sand filter (coarse filter) and ultrafiltration, and the filter pore size is generally in the range of 0.5~120μm. The filter media of the same form can be divided into different specifications according to their dimensions. There are two types of wire-wound filter elements (also known as honeycomb filter elements): one is polypropylene fiber---polypropylene skeleton filter element, the maximum operating temperature is 60°C; the other is absorbent cotton fiber---stainless steel skeleton filter element, the maximum operating temperature is 120°C ℃. The melt-blown filter element is made of polypropylene as a filter material formed by the melt-blown process, and the maximum working temperature is 60°C. Precision filtration can remove suspended solids, certain colloidal substances and small particles in water.
Precision filters are widely used in petrochemical, natural gas, paint, paint, ink, medicine, bioengineering, automobile manufacturing, electronics, electroplating, food, beverage and other fields. They are ideal equipment for various liquid filtration, clarification and purification.
Petrochemical and chemical industries: purification of various fluids, separation and recovery of chemical intermediates and chemical products in the manufacturing process of hydrogen peroxide, resin, lubricating oil, polymer, viscose, jet fuel and various oil products, catalysts and chemical fibers;
Petroleum and natural gas industry: CNG filtration at gas filling stations, amine liquid desulfurization and dehydrating agent filtration, separation and purification of natural gas and refineries, oil field water injection, well workover, acidizing liquid filtration;
Paint, paint, ink industry: latex paint, paint raw materials and solvent filtration, printing ink, printing ink and additives;
Medicine and bioengineering industry: pharmaceutical water for infusion (LVP and SVP), plasma serum of biological products, various pharmaceutical intermediates, pharmaceutical raw materials, solvent filtration, CIP filtration, fermentation tank air intake and tail gas sterilization filtration;
Automobile manufacturing industry: electrophoretic paint, topcoat, ultrafiltration water, pretreatment liquid, vehicle spray water, engine crankshaft manufacturing coolant, industrial gas for painting and gas purification in spray booth;
Electronics and electroplating industry: liquid crystal display, lithography machine, optical disc, copper foil, integrated circuit and other microelectronics and electronic products manufacturing process of various chemicals and treatment, electroplating solution, process gas purification and purification room gas filtration;
Food, beverage, wine industry: Process purification and aseptic treatment of food additives such as wine, rice wine, liquor, beer, fruit wine, sake, fruit juice, tea drinks, soy milk, dairy products, bottled water, edible oil, vinegar, monosodium glutamate, etc.
