The multi cartridges self-cleaning filter sewage filter consists of a shell, a filter unit, a backwash structure, a differential pressure controller and a control part. The baffle in the casing divides it into a turbid liquid chamber and a clean liquid chamber, and a plurality of filter columns are installed on the baffle. The original liquid enters the turbid liquid chamber from the inlet, and some larger particles settle at the bottom of the equipment due to gravity (discharged regularly), and most of the particles enter the inner cavity of the filter column, and the impurities larger than the filter element are trapped in the inner wall of the filter column. As the impurities on the inner wall of the filter cartridge increase , The pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the equipment increases. When the pressure difference reaches the set value, the automatic control backwashing mechanism starts to remove the impurities in the filter column in turn.

Maintenance

Although the self-cleaning filter greatly reduces the maintenance of manpower, some matters still need to be paid attention to:

1. Pay attention to the maintenance of the control box, sensors and transmission parts.

2. According to the prompt, adhere to the consistency of the direction of water flow and the direction of the arrow on the body.

3. The automatic self-cleaning filter must be close to the water equipment.

4. The sewage pipe should not exceed 10 meters.

5. The self-cleaning filter can only be used at the rated voltage/frequency indicated on the nameplate.

6. The filter should be maintained every once in a while. How to maintain the automatic self-cleaning filter:

(1) Maintenance procedures: New or cleaned filters should be inspected before installation. If there are open wires, cracks, and filter material damage, installation and use are prohibited. When installing for the first time, use a marker pen to mark the position of the filter to be replaced on the frame of the filter to be replaced. Every time a new filter is replaced, record the initial pressure difference. When the filter pressure difference exceeds the warning value (usually 1.5 times the initial pressure difference), the filter should be cleaned. When the filter pressure difference exceeds the replacement value, that is, 1.8 times the initial pressure difference, it should be replaced, and the filter pressure difference must not exceed 2 times the initial pressure difference. When replacing a new filter or cleaning the filter and the filter pressure difference is lower than the initial pressure difference, the filter needs to be replaced (the fine filter has been damaged or leaked). After the replacement, the air conditioner case must be cleaned.

(2) Cleaning of the filter: It can be directly removed to clean the filter screen.

(3) Update of fully automatic self-cleaning filter: For filter update, a new filter must be selected according to the parameters specified in the design specification, and the new filter must have factory quality inspection instructions.
