The fully automatic self-cleaning filter is composed of a shell, a multi-element filter element, a backwash mechanism, an electric control box, a reducer, an electric valve, and a differential pressure controller. The transverse partition in the filter housing divides the inner chamber into upper and lower chambers. The upper chamber is equipped with multiple filter elements, which makes full use of the filter space and significantly reduces the volume of the filter. There are backwash suction cups. When working, the turbid liquid enters the lower cavity of the filter through the inlet, and then enters the inner cavity of the filter element through the partition hole.
The main elements to be considered in the selection of self-cleaning filter equipment are as follows:
1. Suspension (material) concentration of filter medium
Before choosing self-cleaning filter equipment, you should first have a clear understanding of the conditions of the materials that need to be filtered in production. The concentration of the suspension and the particle size distribution of solid particles in it should be measured, and the type of filter equipment should be preliminarily judged according to the measurement situation.
2. Processing traffic
In the production process, the amount of material to be filtered is large, and it is advantageous to use a continuous or automated filter, and the processing capacity is related to the size of the caliber.
3. Purpose of filtering
Where are self-cleaning filters used? After filtration, some are to recover valuable solids, some are to purify the filtrate, and some are both. Lifelt's filters are mostly used by customers for water filtration, such as: power plants, sewage treatment plants, metallurgy, steel, agriculture, municipal, central air conditioning, circulating cooling water and other industries.
4. Self-cleaning filter structure and material
If the filter stock solution is not highly corrosive, the material requirements for the filter should not be too high, otherwise the cost will be higher. However, in the paper industry, due to the strong corrosion of the filter, stainless steel is generally used. In terms of structure, the model with simple structure should be considered as much as possible to avoid maintenance difficulties.
5. Required filtration precision
The filter directly affects the filtering ability and filtering precision of the filtering equipment. If it is not selected properly, even the advanced filter cannot play a good role.
