The working principle of the self-cleaning air filter is mainly divided into two, one is the filtering principle, and the other is the self-cleaning principle.

Its filtering principle is that the air passes through the filter cartridge of the self-cleaning air filter. Under the action of comprehensive factors such as gravity, inertial diffusion, contact retention, and static electricity, the dust particles in the air settle on the filter element and are filtered and purified. The air is sent out through the venturi tube and then to the outlet header.

There are three self-cleaning methods of the self-cleaning air filter, which are timing self-cleaning, pressure difference control self-cleaning and manual self-cleaning. Timing self-cleaning is a computer timing method. After a specified period of time, the computer automatically controls and starts the self-cleaning system; pressure difference control self-cleaning means that with the accumulation of dust on the filter element, the pressure difference will also rise. When the value reaches the preset pressure value, the system will automatically start self-cleaning. After the cleaning is completed, the pressure value will drop, and then the self-cleaning process will also end; manual self-cleaning is manual control and operation of the self-cleaning system to work a method.

Regardless of the control method, its self-cleaning process is the same, that is: the solenoid valve of the self-cleaning air filter starts and drives the diaphragm valve, and then it instantly releases a pulsed air flow, which is rectified and sprayed by a special nozzle. Blow off the dust accumulated on the surface of the filter cartridge to complete the self-cleaning process.

Filtration process: The dust-laden air is sucked by the air compressor, sucked from the first-stage coarse filter box , and passed through a high-efficiency filter. Filter cartridge , due to the combined effects of gravitational inertia, diffusion, contact retention, etc., the dust is adsorbed on the high-efficiency filter cartridge On the upper side, clean air enters the venturi through the gasket garden , enters the clean e-room and joins the air collecting port , and then flows from the net The air outlet pipe is sucked by the air compressor.
