Product Introduction
Cartridge dust collectors have appeared in Japan, Europe and the United States as early as the 1970s. They have the advantages of small size, high efficiency, low investment, and easy maintenance. However, due to their small equipment capacity, it is difficult to combine them into large air volume equipment. On the low side, the scope of application is narrow, and it is only used in industries such as grain and welding, so it has not been widely promoted for many years. In recent years, with the continuous development of new technologies and new materials, the structure and filter material of the dust collector have been improved, making the filter cartridge dust collector widely used in cement, steel, electric power, food, metallurgy, chemical industry and other industrial fields. The overall capacity is increased several times, becoming a large dust collector with a filtration area of >2000㎡
Working Principle
After the dust-containing gas enters the dust collector, due to the sudden expansion of the air flow section and the action of the air distribution plate, some coarse particles in the air flow directly sink under the action of gravity and inertial force; after the dust particles with fine particle size and low density enter the dust filter chamber, Through the combined effects of Brownian diffusion and sieving, the dust is deposited on the surface of the filter material, and the purified gas enters the clean air chamber and is discharged from the air outlet through the fan. In order to clean the filter cartridge, use compressed air (0.4-0.7Mpa) to generate a strong airflow through the electromagnetic valve and release it to the center of the filter cartridge, oscillating and blowing down the dust accumulated on the outer surface of the filter cartridge like a vibration wave and falling to the bottom inside the ash hopper. In order to ensure the normal and continuous operation of the filter cartridge for dust removal, the pulse control system performs back blowing according to the set procedure.
Features
1. The advanced sinking flow layout and oblique installation structure of the filter cartridge are adopted, so the dust collector has a good synchronous cleaning effect during the working process.
2. The purification efficiency is good, with a purification efficiency of more than 99.9% for dust above submicron, and the equipment has low operating resistance, which effectively saves the energy consumption of the dust removal system.
3. The dust gas inlet is equipped with an air distribution plate, which has the function of cushioning and wear resistance, blocks large particles of dust, and prevents the dust from directly impacting the filter cartridge, thus prolonging the service life of the filter cartridge.
4. The filter cartridge is installed in a 15° inclined drawer, which makes the removal and replacement of the filter cartridge more convenient, and there is no transmission part in the dust collector body, which reduces the maintenance work.
5. For general dust, the filter cartridge can be used for a long time without replacement, which saves the tedious work of frequently changing and washing the filter bag of the common bag filter, and saves a lot of maintenance costs.
6. Modular combination, the size can be selected at will, the original combination can be expanded, and the dust removal unit can be added without too many changes to the original equipment.
7. The filter cartridge dust collector has been continuously improved and perfected on the basis of foreign advanced technology and combined with the actual application situation in our country. It has the advantages of simple structure, small shape, saving land area, convenient maintenance, long service life, and dust removal efficiency of 99.9%. It can be used as a fine dust collector and is also suitable for various working conditions. The surface dust of the filter material is collected, and the stripping rate is over 95%.
8. The filter cartridge dust collector has the characteristics of simple operation, continuous dust removal, stable resistance, high filtration speed, no moving parts inside, and simple design. With high dust removal efficiency, it can capture dust above 0.1um and purify the dusty gas to 15mg/m3 or below.
9. Good adaptability to load changes, especially suitable for capturing fine and dry dust, and the collected dry dust is easy to handle and recycle.
10. The structure is simple, the shape is small, the land area is saved, the maintenance is convenient, and the service life is long. The structure of the equipment is reasonable, the maintenance is simple and the cost is low; the replacement of the filter cartridge is convenient and quick without any tools.
11. The equipment is energy-saving, the running resistance is 500-800pa, the initial resistance is 170pa, and the final resistance is 1200pa; (determined according to the wind pressure of the system fan). It can also be controlled by PLC to control adjustable pulse blowback, and it is equipped with a differential pressure display instrument imported from abroad. The filter cartridges are placed horizontally in series, and a single cover ensures safe operation of the equipment and easy maintenance. The ash discharge method such as ash bucket, ash discharge car, and screw discharge device can be selected.
12. The flexible box-type combination unit module can meet different site installation conditions. A variety of filter cartridge materials are available for users to choose, including high temperature resistant type, moisture proof type, flame retardant type and so on.
