The second stage adopts a deep filter bed combined with large-capacity activated carbon and porous active filter material, which is especially suitable for the adsorption of organic substances in amine liquid.

The adsorption capacity is 7 to 10 times that of traditional activated carbon filters, and it is easy to regenerate. At the same time, the foamy groups existing in the amine liquid are coarse-grained and surface coalesced, destroying the elastic gel layer that forms the foam and reducing the stability of the foam. property, causing the foam to collapse and coalesce.

The third stage adopts ultra-fine bag filter or stainless steel metal filter element, with a filtration accuracy of 5µm, which intercepts the remaining trace suspended solids. The dirt holding capacity of the filter bag used is 9 times that of the traditional filter bag.

Process Flow

The amine liquid tank and the filter communicate with each other through a connecting pipeline, and the side wall of the filter is provided with an inlet pipe and an inlet valve for sending the material to be filtered into the filter.

A screen is arranged in the filter, and a nitrogen inlet pipeline is arranged in the filter, and the nitrogen inlet pipeline is connected to the nitrogen storage tank through a pump valve structure, and a pressure gauge is arranged inside the filter and at the front end of the screen.

During use, inject the amine liquid to be filtered into the filter. When the pressure in front of the screen reaches a certain level, close the filter inlet valve, press the filter with nitrogen, and send the clean amine liquid inside the filter to the amine liquid tank. , to achieve filtering.
