The brush filter is suitable for the sewage and toxic sewage discharged from the chemical industry. If the sewage is discharged directly, it will have a great impact on the environment. One of the functions of the filter can improve the toxic sewage discharged by the chemical industry. The brush filter is an effective way to strengthen environmental protection, improve environmental quality, and improve urban quality.

There are two types of brush filters: automatic brush and hand brush. The types are different but the main functions are the same. They are all for filtering impurities and particles, purifying water quality and reducing water pollution. At the same time, to reduce dirt and ensure the operation of the entire system. The working principle of the automatic brush filter and the manual brush filter are the same, but the automatic brush filter is more convenient to use than the manual brush filter because it realizes remote control, It saves manpower and material resources and can also reduce the occupied area. The hand brush type is just a semi-automatic cleaning filter with a built-in brush and brush holder in the filter. Although it is not as good as a fully automatic one in comparison, the purchase cost will be much less relatively speaking.

(1) Fully automatic brush filter

The water to be treated enters the body through the water inlet of the automatic brush filter, and the impurities in the water are deposited on the stainless steel filter net, resulting in a pressure difference. The pressure difference between the water inlet and outlet is monitored through the differential pressure switch. When the pressure difference reaches the set value, the electric controller sends signals to the hydraulic control valve and the drive motor to trigger the following actions: the motor drives the brush to rotate to clean the filter element, and the control valve opens at the same time. For sewage discharge, the whole cleaning process only needs to last tens of seconds. When the automatic brush filter is cleaned, the control valve is closed, the motor stops, the system returns to its initial state, and the next filtering process begins.

(2) Hand brush filter

The hand-operated brush filter is a semi-automatic cleaning filter. The built-in brush and brush holder of the filter screen are used to brush away the dirt, impurities and other particles on the filter screen, and then discharged through the sewage valve. Comparison between the two: The manual brush filter is a semi-automatic filter. Compared with the fully automatic brush filter, the disadvantage is that it is time-consuming and laborious, and it has to be cleaned manually.
