Lifelt's fully automatic self-cleaning filter can be used for the filtration of industrial water, seawater, food and pharmaceutical and other light chemical industry wastewater and circulating water, as well as the regeneration of emulsion, filtration of waste oil, liquid raw materials, etc. This kind of filter is widely used in metallurgical industry, petrochemical industry, power plant water supply and drainage and circulating water system, and media filtration involving liquid. The continuous casting water system and blast furnace introduced by modern metallurgical enterprises in my country Water system, high-pressure water descaling system for hot rolling, emulsion system, closed water circulation system, and liquid media filtration system all use a large number of self-cleaning filters.
How to clean the automatic self-cleaning filter? Compared with ordinary filters, self-cleaning filters have the function of automatic sewage discharge. For example, ordinary filters intercept impurities through the filter screen, which requires us to clean them regularly. However, self-cleaning filters have the function of automatically identifying impurities and can automatically eliminate them. .
1. First close the water inlet three-way ball valve, pull out the hose, turn the black port of the pre-filter down, and drain the water inside.
2. Then use an adjustable wrench with your right hand to unscrew the white quick connector at the water outlet of the pre-filter.
3. Place the pre-filter horizontally on the ground in front of it, and put the special wrench on the transparent bottle body from the bottom. Hold the screwdriver with your left hand, and hold the special wrench handle with your right hand to unscrew the filter bottle.
4. Take out the old water purifier filter element, and carefully clean the inside of the filter bottle and the filter bottle cap. Insert a new filter element of the same specification, screw on the black cap, and turn the special wrench handle to the outside of the body to further tighten the filter bottle. Tighten the white quick connector with an adjustable wrench.
5. Insert the white hose into the water inlet of the pre-filter, and insert the other hose into the water outlet. Insert the hose all the way to the end, then pull the hose outward slightly so that the snap ring locks the hose tightly.
6. Place the pre-filter vertically and adjust the position, open the water inlet three-way ball valve, and then open the non-pressure faucet. After draining the water for a few minutes, check all the connections of the machine to ensure that there is no water leakage and it can be used normally.
