Do you know the structure of the ppc series air box pulse bag filter?

Overview

The air box pulse bag dust collector has the advantages of collecting sub-chamber back blowing and jet pulse image dust collectors. It overcomes the disadvantages of insufficient kinetic energy strength during sub-chamber back blowing and jet pulse dust cleaning and filtration at the same time, thus enhancing the use of dust collectors. Adaptability, improve the dust collection efficiency, prolong the service life of the filter bag, not only can be used as the dust collection equipment on the top of the crusher, dryer, coal mill, raw material mill, cement mill, packaging machine and each storehouse, but also directly As a vertical mill (500g/Nm3) with a high outlet concentration, O-Sepa powder classifier (1000g/Nm3) is used to collect dust and ensure that the outlet concentration is less than 50mg/Nm3. The filter material is polyester needle felt, with an average service life It can last for more than two years, and the temperature resistance is 120°C. If Romanx filter material is used, the temperature resistance can reach 220°C. There is no venturi tube at the top of the filter bag, and there is no blowing pipe, which reduces the working resistance of the plant and makes maintenance easier. The maintenance is quite simple, the number of electromagnetic pulse valves is 1-2 per piece, and the specifications are 11/2 inches and 21/2 inches. They are developed according to American products. Compared with domestic similar products, it uses double The diaphragm structure has the characteristics of sensitive control, high efficiency and long life. At the same time, our factory also has electromagnetic pulse valves directly imported from abroad for users to choose. At present, this form of bag dust collector has been widely used, especially in the cement industry, which has been rapidly promoted.

Structural Features

1. Structure: The main structure of the air box dust collector, the main body is composed of four parts: the box body, the bag room, the ash hopper, and the air inlet and outlet, and is equipped with pillars, ladders, railings, air system, dust removal control system, etc. .

a. Box

The box body is mainly used to fix the bag cage, filter bag and the original parts of the air circuit, and

It is made into a fully enclosed form. When cleaning dust, the compressed air first enters the box and rushes into the interior of each filter bag. The top of the box is made with a 1.5" slope, which can prevent water accumulation when used outdoors. There is also a manhole inspection door on the top. It is very convenient to install and replace filter bags and bag cages here. It is divided into several chambers, which are separated by steel plates and are not air-tight to realize off-line dust cleaning. Each chamber is equipped with a poppet valve to filter the flue gas flow on and off.

b. Bag room

The bag room is in the lower part of the box body, mainly used to accommodate the bag cage and the bag cage, and form a filter space, where the purification of the flue gas is mainly carried out. Like the box body, it is also divided into several rooms according to different specifications. They are separated by steel plates to prevent the chambers from being closed together during dust cleaning, and to form a certain settlement space at the same time.

c. Ash bucket

The ash hopper is arranged in the lower part of the bag room. In addition to storing the collected dust, it is also used as an air intake main pipe (down air intake type). when dusty gas

Before entering the bag room, it first enters the ash hopper. Due to the large volume of the ash hopper, the airflow speed decreases, and the change of the airflow direction makes the coarser dust particles separated here. There are conveying equipment such as troughs, and air-locking equipment such as rotary unloaders or flap valves at the outlet, which can continuously discharge ash.

d. Air inlet and outlet

The air inlet and outlet are divided into three types according to the structure of the dust collector. The air inlet of the 32 series is cylindrical and directly welded to the side plate of the ash hopper. It communicates with the inside of the box, and other series of air inlets and outlets are arranged on the side of the bag room, between the box and the ash hopper, and the middle part is divided into two parts that are not air-tight with an inclined partition, which are the air inlet and the air outlet. Although the structural form is larger in size, the airflow is evenly distributed, and the effect of pre-dust collection in the ash hopper is good. It is suitable for use in occasions with high dust concentration in the flue gas.
