Overview
LCM type long-bag pulse dust collector is a new type of high-efficiency bag dust collector developed on the basis of conventional short-bag pulse dust collector. It not only combines the advantages of separate chamber blowback and pulse jet dust removal, but also lengthens the filter bag to give full play to the role of compressed air powerful jet dust removal. Working principle The dust collector is composed of ash hopper, upper box, middle box, lower box and other parts. The upper, middle and lower boxes are divided into chambers.
When working, the dust-laden gas enters the ash hopper through the air inlet, the coarse dust falls directly into the bottom of the ash hopper, and the fine dust enters the middle and lower boxes upwards with the turning of the airflow, and the dust accumulates on the outer surface of the filter bag. The gas enters the upper box to the clean gas collection pipe-exhaust duct, and is discharged to the atmosphere through the exhaust fan. The process of dust cleaning is to cut off the air outlet duct of the room first, so that the bag in the room is in a state of no flow (stop the air and clean the dust in each room). Then open the pulse valve and use compressed air to carry out pulse jet soot cleaning. The closing time of the cut-off valve is enough to ensure that the dust stripped from the filter bag after blowing settles to the ash hopper, preventing the dust from being attached to the airflow after leaving the surface of the filter bag. The phenomenon that it reaches the surface of the adjacent filter bag makes the filter bag clean thoroughly, and the exhaust valve, pulse valve and ash discharge valve are fully automatically controlled by the programmable controller.

1. This dust collector adopts the chamber-stop wind pulse jet dust removal technology, which overcomes the shortcomings of conventional pulse dust collectors and chamber back-flush dust collectors. It has strong dust removal ability, high dust removal efficiency, low emission concentration, small air leakage rate, and low energy consumption. 3. Inspection and replacement of bags can be carried out in different rooms under the condition of non-stop system fan and normal system operation. The bag opening of the filter bag adopts an elastic expansion ring, which has good sealing performance and is firm and reliable. The keel of the filter bag adopts a polygonal shape, which reduces the friction between the bag and the keel, prolongs the life of the bag, and facilitates the unloading of the bag.
4. Adopt the upper bag pumping method. After the skeleton is pulled out when changing the bag, the dirty bag is put into the ash hopper at the lower part of the box and taken out from the manhole, which improves the operating conditions of bag changing.
5. The box adopts an airtight design with good sealing performance. The inspection[ ] uses excellent sealing materials. During the production process, kerosene is used to detect leaks, and the air leakage rate is very low.
6. The inlet and outlet air ducts are compactly arranged, and the airflow resistance is small.
