Do you know how to install a pulse dust collector? The following is the professional installation method of pulse dust collector.

1. For the convenience of transportation, the equipment is disassembled and delivered for delivery (the structural parts are only painted with anti-rust paint, and the top coat is painted on site). After receiving the equipment, first check whether there are missing parts according to the equipment list, and then check whether it is damaged during the transportation process. The damage caused during the transportation process should be repaired in time, and at the same time, the arriving equipment should be protected from loss and theft.

2. Carry out a special i] inspection on the ash discharge device, apply lubricating grease to the rotating or sliding parts, and inject lubricating oil into the reduction box to make the parts work normally.

3. The installation should be carried out in accordance with the equipment drawings of the dust collector and the relevant installation specifications of the country and industry.

4. Install equipment from bottom to top. The equipment foundation must be consistent with the design drawings. Check and trim before installation, then hoist the pillars, adjust the level and verticality and install the beams and ash hoppers. After the ash hoppers are fixed, check the relevant dimensions and correct errors Finally, hoist the lower and middle boxes, the upper box, and the air duct, and then install the air bag, pulse valve, nozzle, electrical system, and compressed air pipeline system.

5. The installation of the blowing pipe shall be carried out strictly according to the drawing, to ensure the distance between it and the flower plate, and to ensure that the center of each nozzle on the spray pipe is consistent with the center of the flower plate hole, and the deviation is less than 2mm.

6. All inspection and connecting flanges should be equipped with gaskets. Check that [ ] gaskets should be glued. The overlapping joints of the gaskets are mitered or overlapped, and no gaps are allowed to prevent air leakage.

7. When installing the compressed air pipeline, the pipeline should be purged to remove dirt to prevent blockage. After installation, a pressure test should be performed. The pressure test pressure is 1.15 times the working pressure, and the safety valve should be closed during the pressure test. After the pressure test, adjust the pressure reducing valve to the specified pressure.

8. Install the power supply and control circuit according to the installation diagram and instructions of the electrical controller.

9. After the dust collector is installed, it should be inspected and repaired according to the drawings. Check the welds inside and outside the box, air duct, and ash hopper in detail, and pay special attention to the airtight welds. If any defects such as missing welds, air holes, and bites are found, repair welding should be carried out to ensure its strength and airtightness. . If necessary, carry out kerosene leak detection and use compressed air to suppress the leak detection of the dust collector as a whole.

10. When there is a pressure requirement, carry out pressure inspection on the dust collector as a whole according to the requirements. According to the requirements, the test pressure is generally the coefficient of multiplying the negative pressure of the clean air chamber by 1.15, and the minimum pressure adopts the wind pressure value of the system fan after the dust collector. Pressure holding - - hours, leakage rate <2%.

11. Finally, install the filter bag and paint the topcoat. Remove the blow pipe first and then install the filter bag. When handling and parking the filter bag, care should be taken to prevent the bag from contacting and colliding with surrounding hard and sharp objects. It is forbidden to step on or press heavily to prevent damage. The mouth of the filter bag should be tightly embedded with the opening of the flower plate, and it should not be skewed and leave no gaps. The bag frame (keel) should be placed vertically and downward from the mouth of the bag.

12. Stand-alone debugging is carried out after the installation (pressure test) of the dust collector is completed. Various valves], such as intake and exhaust valves, ash unloading valves, screw conveyors, etc., are debugged. There should be no looseness or jamming, easy and flexible, and good sealing. Carry out another 8 hours of no-load test run.

13. Carry out a simulated no-load test on the PLC program-controlled instrument, first check the smoothness of the pulse valve, exhaust valve, ash unloading valve, screw conveyor line and the opening and closing of the valve one by one, and then control the time according to the timing and the electric control program To carry out the cleaning of the whole process of each room, the timing should be accurate, the actions of each component should be correct, and the controlled valve should be opened and closed as required.

14. Linkage debugging: When the entire dust removal system is started and the system fan is running, the load linkage is carried out, and the operation is repeated in Article 13.

15. Actual load operation: The process equipment is officially in operation, the dust collector is officially in filter and dust removal, and the PLC program control instrument is also officially put into operation (-- generally run 5~10 minutes in advance), and check and record all moving parts and valves at any time Good operating parameters. If it is controlled according to timing, when the resistance of the dust collector reaches the specified resistance value (such as 1500~1800Pa), the PLC program-controlled instrument should be manually opened to clean the filter bag. After cleaning the dust in each room, it will stop, and then the statistical resistance will reach the specified value. After the value of the time, manually open the PLC program control instrument to clean the filter bag, and so on for many times. After obtaining the stable interval time during the second cleaning cycle, the time data can be used as the base number for the "timing" control of the program-controlled instrument, and input into the program-controlled instrument. Then, the program-controlled instrument can automatically "timing control" and officially put into operation.
