1. Avoid pressure shock during operation, and reverse pressurization is prohibited.
2. When the pressure drop between the upstream and downstream of the filter is greater than 0.3Mpa or the flow rate drops significantly, consider replacing the filter element.
3. If the filter is not working temporarily, do not dry the filter element, but soak it in a suitable sterilizing solution (or inject such a solution into the shell), and rinse the sterilizing solution before reuse.
4. If the filter is steam sterilized, the condensed water in the steam pipeline must be drained first, the steam pressure should not exceed 0.1Mpa, and the pressure drop between the upstream and downstream of the filter should not exceed 0.015Mpa. If the filter element is steam sterilized, clean compressed air should be used to drain the liquid absorbed by the filter element before passing the steam, otherwise the filter element will be damaged when the steam is passed through.
