Mechanism Characteristics and Working Principle

The dust collector has a blowing device with high efficiency and low consumption. Injection achieves low pressure, short pulses, and fits long filter bags.

The air flow organization in the dust collector is reasonable. After the dust-laden gas enters the dust collector, the air flow is evenly dispersed by the deflector to the filter chamber, and then flows downward along the filter bag, and passes through the filter bag evenly. In this way, there is a downward airflow in the lower part of the filter bag, which is consistent with the falling direction of the dust during blowing, which is beneficial to the settlement of the dust and improves the cleaning effect. There is no special maintenance platform inside the dust collector, so it can make full use of the internal space, and the filter bag is longer, and the filtering wind speed can be as high as 2 meters per minute, so it has the characteristics of compact structure, light weight, and small footprint. Differential pressure feedback pulse electronic control tracks changes in the dust collector. When the resistance of the dust collector increases, the pulse interval of the injection system is shortened at a certain interval, that is, fast injection. When the resistance is small, the interval of pulse injection is lengthened, that is, slow injection. This control method minimizes the number of injections, which reduces power consumption.

It prolongs the service life of filter bags, diaphragms and solenoid valves, improves the reliability of dust collector operation, and balances the resistance, air volume and compressed air consumption of dust collectors.

The maintenance and management of this dust collector are convenient. There is a cover plate on the top of the clean air chamber of the dust collector, which is specially used for the maintenance and replacement of the filter bag. If some filter bags are found to be damaged during maintenance, they can be plugged first, and when the damage of the filter bags in the filter chamber is above 5%, then all the filter bags should be replaced together to reduce the maintenance and downtime time. to the shortest.

The filter bag is fixed on the flower plate by the elastic ring sewn on the mouth of the bag, which has good tightness and is easy to disassemble and assemble. The bag cage is supported on the flower plate without a pressing device. The structure is simplified. In addition, maintenance workers do not need to enter the interior of the dust collector. The working conditions are greatly improved, and the filter bag and bag cage can be replaced on the upper part of the dust collector. remove
