Overview
The ceramic multi-tube cyclone dust collector is a dust removal equipment composed of several parallel ceramic cyclone dust collector units (also known as ceramic cyclone bodies). It can be composed of general ceramic cyclone dust collector unit or straight-flow cyclone dust collector unit, these units are organically combined in a shell, with a total intake pipe, exhaust pipe and ash hopper. There are many automatic ash discharge forms for ash hopper discharge, because this equipment is composed of ceramic cyclone pipe, which is more wear-resistant than cast iron pipe, has a smoother surface, and is resistant to acid and alkali, so it can also be used for wet dust removal. It is suitable for capturing non-cohesive dry dust of various boilers. This product is not only used to control boiler smoke and harmful gas, but also is an ideal equipment for dust control in metallurgy, mining, building materials, chemical industry and other industries.
Working Principle
The dust-laden gas enters the gas distribution chamber from the main air intake pipe, and then enters the annular space between the ceramic cyclone body and the deflector. The deflector makes the gas change from linear motion to circular motion. Most of the rotating air flow spirals downward from the cylinder along the cyclone and flows toward the cone. The dust-laden gas generates centrifugal force during the rotation process, and the density is greater than The dust particles of the gas are thrown towards the wall. When the dust particles are in contact with the cylinder wall, they lose the inertial force and fall down along the wall surface into the ash discharge port and enter the main ash hopper by the momentum of the entrance velocity and the downward gravity. When the rotating and descending external swirling airflow reaches the lower end of the cone, due to the contraction of the cone, it will continue to do spiral flow (clean air) in the same direction of rotation in the direction of the cyclone tube axis from bottom to top, and pass through the exhaust pipe of the ceramic cyclone body It enters the exhaust chamber and is discharged from the main exhaust port. According to customer requirements, the main exhaust pipe can be placed on the side or on the top.
