Use

CLT/A Cyclone Dust Collector is a vertical cyclone type centrifugal dust collector. This equipment is used to remove non-fibrous dust with a moisture content of no more than 4%. It is suitable for smelting, casting, sandblasting, chemical industry, building materials and refractory materials and other industries.

Type

CLT/A type dust collector is divided into Y type and X type according to the installation position in the ventilation system. Y type is push-in type (that is, the dust collector is installed after the fan). Type X is the suction type (that is, the dust collector is installed before the fan). In order to consider the convenience of connection during use, there are N type and S type respectively designed in Y type and X type. The incoming air flow of N type rotates counterclockwise, and the incoming air flow of S type rotates clockwise. The structure of CLT/A dust collector is not only single cylinder, but also has several forms such as double cylinder, three cylinder, six cylinder and eight cylinder.

Structure

Structural features of CLT/A cyclone dust collector: It has a downward-sloping spiral gas inlet, and the top plate is a spiral guide plate. The larger the angle of the guide plate, the smaller the pressure loss, but the lower the dust removal efficiency. The angle of the guide plate is generally 8 degrees to 20 degrees. The dust collector uses 15 degrees. Since the gas enters from a tangential direction and has the function of a guide plate, the small vortex air flow formed by the upward flow of the incoming gas can be eliminated, the kinetic energy consumption can be reduced, and the dust removal efficiency can be improved. Another feature of it is that the cylinder is slender and the cone is long, and the cone angle is small, which can improve the dust removal efficiency, but the pressure loss is relatively high.
