The equipment has been debugged before leaving the factory, and the user can connect the power supply and run it directly when using it. When the operating parameters of the equipment cannot meet the user's requirements, the user can adjust the parameters according to the actual working conditions, and choose manual control or automatic control to work accordingly.

When running for the first time, the following steps should be followed：

Check whether the self-cleaning filter is in normal working condition: check whether the connections of the filter are firm.

Check that the electric control box part of the self-cleaning filter should be dry. When the power supply is turned on, the "normal operation" indicator light is on, which means that the electric control part of the filter is in a normal working state, and the equipment can be put into trial operation.

Note: Keep your hands dry when plugging in the power supply, and keep the electric controller part dry during the working process of the filter, so that no water can enter the inside of the electric controller.

Precautions during normal work：

1. Water leakage at the filter connection flange: filter pressure relief, tighten the filter flange bolts symmetrically

2. Leakage at the shaft seal: fine-tune the 4 compression nuts on the upper cover of the filter, and pay attention to the adjustment of the compression nuts evenly 3. Replace the shaft seal: remove the upper cover of the filter, unscrew the motor reducer, loosen the coupling, Gland bolts, pull out the transmission shaft from the inside of the upper cover, take out the damaged sealing ring in the stuffing box, replace it with a new one, and reinstall it.

3. Replace the filter element: Open the upper cover of the filter, unscrew the filter element pressure plate inside the filter, shake the rotating filter element slightly to pull out the filter element
