Candle filter is a kind of filter which uses the filter element as the skeleton, solid particles or filter aids as the filter medium, and uses pump pressure to realize liquid clarification. It is an advanced filter system with careful design and reliable filtering effect. The filter cloth support tube is composed of a non-porous central tube and six porous tubes.

Filter state

The liquid passes through the filter cloth, flows from the perforated tube to the center tube, and then flows to the liquid collection tube. The filter cloth is attached to the outer surface of the support tube under pressure. The concave-convex support tube can increase the filtration area and help fix the filter cake to prevent the filter cake from falling off, thereby stabilizing the filtration effect.

Backwash status 

The backflush gas is introduced and flows from the non-porous center tube to the porous tube, the filter cloth bulges and becomes round, effectively vibrates and peels off the filter cake, and at the same time removes the particles in the filter cloth fibers, improves the backflush efficiency, and quickly restores the filter cloth’s filtration capacity. 

Grouping design of filter elements reduces backflushing air consumption and isolates damaged filter elements; 

The spacing between filter elements is adjustable to meet different filter cake thickness requirements; 

Closed filtration, pollution control, suitable for strong corrosive, volatile or dangerous liquids; 

Provide dry design to recover drier filter cake;
