The oil filter truck is mainly used in the lubrication system of major power plants, steel mills and other industries, which can effectively control the pollution degree of the working medium and achieve a certain precision purification effect of the oil. It is mainly composed of a motor, a filter pump and a filter. It is convenient and quick to use. Just insert the oil inlet pipe and oil outlet pipe of the oil filter unit into the oil tank to be filtered, and start the motor to start working.

operation method:

1. Place the machine on a relatively flat ground or in the carriage, carefully check whether the whole machine is loose, and pay special attention to the connection between the motor and the oil pump must be fastened and concentric.

2. Connect the power supply correctly, start the oil pump and observe whether its rotation direction is correct, otherwise change the phase sequence of the power supply.

3. Connect and tighten the oil inlet and outlet pipes. Remind the user that the oil outlet pipe and the oil outlet must be tightened. Otherwise, as the pressure increases, the oil outlet pipe will be washed away and unnecessary troubles will be added.

4. After fixing the oil inlet and outlet pipes, start the motor button, and the oil pump starts to work normally, and the oil filtered through three stages is the purified oil.

5. When one barrel (tank) of oil needs to be pumped and another barrel (tank) of oil is pumped, it is necessary to act quickly to avoid long-term idling of the oil pump. If it is too late, stop the machine and restart the machine after the oil inlet pipe is connected.
