The resistance of the filter cartridge dust collector increases with the increase of the thickness of the dust layer on the surface of the filter bag. When the resistance reaches a certain value, the dust will be cleaned. At this time, the PLC program controls the opening and closing of the electromagnetic pulse valve of this filter cartridge dust collector. First, the poppet valve in the first chamber is closed to cut off the filtered air flow, and then the electromagnetic pulse valve is opened, and the compressed air expands rapidly in the upper box in a short period of time. Into the filter cartridge, the filter cartridge expands and deforms to vibrate, and under the action of reverse air flow, the dust attached to the outer surface of the filter bag is stripped and falls into the ash hopper. After the cleaning is completed, the electromagnetic pulse valve is closed, the poppet valve is opened, and the chamber returns to the filtering state. The cleaning rooms are carried out sequentially, from the first cleaning room to the next cleaning cycle is a cleaning cycle. The fallen dust falls into the ash hopper and is discharged through the ash discharge valve.
Structural description of the filter cartridge dust collector:
(1) Base plate of the main unit: used to increase and spread the contact area of the gravity point of the equipment, and the expandable screws are fixed on the ground to make the equipment stable.
(2) Dust collection bucket: used to collect the dust captured by the dust collector. The collection bucket is equipped with a radio frequency admittance level controller (Figure 2-1). The product is developed based on the introduction of radio frequency (RF) technology. Anti-stick, more reliable, more adaptable level controller: a high frequency radio wave is applied to the probe.
(3) Rotary ash discharge valve: Rotary valve is also called rotary feeding valve, rotary feeder, rotary feeding valve, ash discharge valve, ash discharge valve, air shutoff device, impeller feeder, air lock discharge valve , Star discharge valve, star feeder, air lock valve, air lock discharger, air lock feeder.
4) Host tripod: used to support the main body of the dust collector.
(5) Dust suction port: the air inlet for dusty air.
(6) Ash hopper: The ash hopper of the dust collector is mainly used to collect the waste dust that needs to be filtered.
(7) Host detection door: It is mainly used to detect and observe whether the filter cartridge inside the dust collector is abnormal or damaged.
(8) Middle barrel of the main engine: the dust collector box is used to place the filter cartridge, and at the same time determines the size of the filter cartridge dust collector. The skeleton design of the middle barrel is usually based on the size of the flower plate and the size of the filter cartridge. Mainly welded angle steel structure.
(9) Air storage tank: used to store pulsed compressed air, welded with seamless steel pipes.
(10) Pulse solenoid valve: The model is Taiwan Lifu LPDA40C right-angle type (as shown in Figure 2-3). Suitable for pulse filtration systems, including various filter bags, filter cartridges, side bags, metal fiber tubes. The operating pressure is 0.5~7bar, the ambient temperature is -40°C~100°C, the coil grade is F-class coil, the operating voltage is DC24V/AC220V/AC110V, and the electrical safety standard is IEC335.
(11) Top cover of the main engine: used to isolate the middle barrel of the dust collector and fix the pulse injection pipe. The fan is connected to the top cover and the clean air filtered by the fan is discharged.
(12) Top detection door: mainly used to replace the filter cartridge. The filter cartridge is designed to be detachable. When the filter cartridge needs to be replaced, the top detection door can be opened, and the filter cartridge can be taken out after loosening the bolt of the filter cartridge.
(13) Blowing pipe: The blowing pipe is made of 1.5-inch 3mm thick seamless carbon steel welded pipe, and one end is connected to a pulse solenoid valve. When the PLC program controller outputs a pulse signal, the high-pressure air stored in the air storage tank is instantly introduced into the blowing pipe through the pulse valve 1. Corresponding blowing holes are set on the blowing pipe to shake off the dust adhering to the filter cartridge.
(14) Fan inlet: the inlet where the dust collector is connected to the fan, and the filtered clean air is discharged through the connection fan here.
(15) Filter cartridge: It is made of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) microporous membrane and PET substrate with composite technology. Therefore, the surface of the composite filter material is extremely smooth, the pore size distribution is uniform, the friction coefficient is low, and the composite strength is high. Air permeability and water impermeability are the biggest characteristics of PTFE microporous filter membrane. The filtration of PTFE coated filter element is carried out on the surface of the membrane, that is, surface filtration. It has the unparalleled superiority of traditional filter materials, and its service life can reach 2 years. It is the most sophisticated and efficient new filter material for industrial dust, environmental protection filtration and material recovery.
(16) Flower plate: The dust collector flower plate is used to install and fix the filter cartridge, the material is 6mm high-quality carbon steel plate, and it is made by laser cutting.
(17) Pressure regulating valve: The pressure regulating valve is externally connected to an 8mm air pipe, and the model AC2000 has an overflow type. Installed on the air storage tank, it is used to adjust the storage pressure of the compressed air in the air storage tank. The maximum operating pressure is 1.0Mpa (10.2kgf/cm2), the ambient and fluid temperature is 5-60°C, and the pressure adjustment range is 0.05-0.85Mpa (0.51- 8.7kgf/cm2), the standard compressed air volume is 200 L/min.
