The filter cartridge dust collector consists of:

The filter cartridge dust collector is composed of an air inlet pipe, an exhaust pipe, a box body, an ash hopper, a dust cleaning device, a filter cartridge and an electric control device. The arrangement of the filter cartridge of the filter cartridge dust collector in the dust removal equipment is very important. The filter cartridge can be arranged vertically on the flower plate of the box body, or it can be arranged obliquely on the flower plate, fixed with bolts, and cushioned with rubber pads. The lower part is The upper part of the filter chamber is a clean air chamber. In addition to fixing the filter cartridge with bolts, the more convenient method is an automatic locking device and a rubber device. These two methods are very convenient for installation and maintenance.

Precautions when using the filter cartridge dust collector:

1. Normally, before installing the dust filter cartridge dust collector, check whether all accessories are complete, whether the main engine is damaged, whether the connection of each part is firm, etc., and install it after solving any problems.

2. The dust collector equipment should be placed on a flat and firm foundation.

3. The input end of the electromagnetic pulse valve is inserted into the simple metal pipe of the gas storage, and the output end is inserted into the blowing pipe of the dust collector. Both ends of the valve are equipped with rubber sealing rings and fixed nuts, so that the electromagnetic pulse valve can be reliably fixed and sealed.

4. For the working principle of the electrical control system and precautions for installation and commissioning, see the instruction manual of the electrical control system.

5. When installing the water separation filter pressure reducing valve, the direction of the arrow indicated by the water separation filter pressure reducing valve must be consistent with the compressed air flow direction, and the outlet pressure of the pressure reducing valve should be adjusted to 0.4 ~ 0.6MPa.

6. When the dust collector is installed outdoors, the air filter decompression coupler, the electromagnetic pulse valve and the pulse injection controller need to be equipped with a canopy or cover.

7. Before the equipment is put into use, check whether the fan on the equipment is running normally, whether there is any abnormal noise or bad condition, otherwise it must be shut down for repair. When debugging, the fan should be jogged first, and the direction of the fan should be observed to ensure that the fan can operate normally and the direction of rotation is correct before it can be put into use.

8. Turn the pulse knob, and the pulse injection controller will issue commands to open the electromagnetic pulse valves in order to observe whether the dust removal action of the dust filter element is correct.
