The Lifelt laminated filter element is composed of a set of discs with grooves on both sides. The intersection formed by the edges of the grooves can trap suspended and solid matter in the water, because it has surface interception and deep condensation at the same time. The role, greatly improving the filtering effect.
Lifelt laminated filter has the characteristics of high-efficiency backwashing, automatic continuous operation, low self-consumption, small footprint, and reliable operation. The backwashing process of the filter system is carried out alternately. The automatic switching between them can ensure continuous water discharge, and the system pressure loss is small, so the technical advantages are very obvious.
Using a number of patented technologies, it is safer and more efficient during installation and use, saving water, land and less daily maintenance.
The filter element has no spring design, and the pressure of the incoming water is cleverly used to compress the disc set when filtering, which greatly reduces the pressure requirement for backwashing. The unique built-in duckbill valve ensures the maximum water output of the filter element during filtration, and at the same time plays a very good backstop function during backwashing.
The split-assembled filter element framework can flexibly adjust the height of the filter element according to the design requirements, so as to achieve the function of adjusting the filter area and meet the matching requirements of different systems.
Abandoning the commonly used metal clamp design, the filter unit adopts a self-locking buckle and a specially designed sealing ring. The installation and disassembly of the filter unit shell becomes very simple and easy, and the sealing effect is good.
Each filter unit is equipped with a filter and backwash status indication device and an automatic air intake and exhaust device, which can improve the backwash effect of the filter element while avoiding water hammer damage.
