At present, my country is the largest manufacturer of containers in the world, and has created three world firsts in this production field. A container manufacturer in Tianjin, the main source of pollution comes from volatile organic waste gases such as butyl acetate, butanol, benzene, toluene, xylene, and benzene series in the production line and painting room. A complete set of waste gas treatment plan was developed, and the final feasible process and waste gas treatment area were determined after in-depth exchange of requirements between the two parties and multiple plan revisions.
Divided into the following four groups:
1. Five machines in the pretreatment production line share a set of waste gas treatment system, which adopts two-stage filtration + activated carbon adsorption + catalytic combustion desorption process, with a total disposal air volume of 60,000 m3/h;
2. The primer room and topcoat room of the special box B production line share a waste gas treatment system, which adopts water washing + dehydration device + two-stage filtration + activated carbon adsorption + catalytic combustion desorption process, and the total air volume for disposal is 100,000 m3/h;
3. The air volume of primer room, interior paint pre-coating room, middle-coat paint room, and finish paint room of the special box A production line is 35,000 m3/h each, with a total of 10 treatment systems, using dehydration device + filtration + activated carbon adsorption process, totaling The total disposal air volume is 140,000 m3/h;
4. The disposal air volume of the standard box production line is 35,000 m3/h*2 for the primer room, 50,000 m3/h*2 for the inner paint room, 50,000 m3/h*2 for the middle paint room, and 50,000 m3/h*2 for the top paint room. Disposal air volume of 50,000 m3/h*4, a total of 10 sets of treatment systems, using dehydration devices
+ Filtration + carbon canister process, the total air volume is 470,000 m3/h.
