Fully automatic self-cleaning filters are generally used to treat industrial wastewater, river water and groundwater with a lot of sediment, and are generally limited to industrial purposes, such as metallurgy, petrochemical, electric power, municipal, plastics, sugar, air conditioning, HVAC , seawater desalination, papermaking, sewage treatment, and irrigation and other industries. The self-cleaning filter overcomes the many shortcomings of traditional filtration products such as small dirt holding capacity, easy to be blocked by dirt, the filter part needs to be disassembled and cleaned, and the filter status cannot be monitored. It has the function of filtering raw water and automatically cleaning and discharging the filter element. Moreover, the system supplies uninterrupted water when cleaning and discharging sewage, and can monitor the working status of the filter, with a high degree of automation. It covers the requirements of various filtration precision from 10um to 3000um. Self-cleaning filter, operation and control can automatically clean and filter without any external energy source, and automatically discharge sewage.
Installation requirements for fully automatic self-cleaning filters:
1. The selection of self-cleaning filter specifications should match the installation pipeline. When the filter flow rate cannot meet the pipeline requirements, two (or more) filters can be installed in parallel or side-filtered.
2. The filter should be installed where the system needs to be protected as much as possible. The low pressure at the inlet will affect the use, so it should also be installed near the pressure source.
3. The self-cleaning filter should be installed in series in the pipeline system. In order to ensure the uninterrupted water supply of the system when the system is shut down for maintenance, it is recommended to set up a bypass in the system. The inlet and outlet of the filter and the bypass should be equipped with cut-off ball valves. Where there is a possibility of backflow, a check valve should be installed at the outlet of the filter.
4. When selecting the type, pay attention to the temperature of the water flowing through the automatic self-cleaning filter not exceeding its adaptable temperature.
5. The installation site has three-phase 380V power frequency alternating current (three-phase four-wire system). The sewage pipe shall not exceed 5 meters to avoid back pressure.
6. Pay attention to filtration accuracy, pretreatment, and pressure matters in direct current systems, and use timing control type with caution in intermittent systems.
7. Reasonably choose the installation environment, pay attention to waterproof, rainproof and moistureproof.
8. The water inlet, water outlet and sewage outlet of the equipment should be equipped with valves (the sewage valve should be a fast valve).
9. The net distance between the equipment is not less than 1500mm; the net distance between the equipment and the wall is not less than 1000mm; the maintenance space between the equipment and the surrounding area should be not less than 500mm. 10. On the inlet and outlet pipes of the equipment, the pipe support should be set near the nozzle; the bracket should be installed under the valve greater than or equal to DN150 that is directly connected to the nozzle of the container.
