Preparations before starting
The operator must hold an operation card and be operated by a special person.
If there are obstacles around the filter, it should be removed in time.
After the filter is overhauled, it should be checked whether the connection and cooperation of each component are firm and whether the tightness is appropriate.
Sequence of operations: Note that the device is installed in a bypass
Sand loading: the water inlet and outlet valves of the equipment are all closed and isolated from the on-site system. The tanks are filled with coarse and fine sand in sequence. After filling one type, the surface must be paved before loading the next type. Each tank is installed in turn.
Sand washing: The initial state of the equipment is in the filtering state, only open the water inlet valve and drain valve of the equipment, and then manually clean the sand in each tank in turn, and the clean water is qualified, and the cleaning time of each tank is about 15 minutes.
Filtration starts to run: Open the water inlet and outlet valves of the filter, the operation of the filter and the backwashing pressure are regulated by the water outlet valve, and the outlet water pressure should be kept above 0.25MPa during backwashing to achieve the best cleaning effect.
Back cleaning operation: When the filter runs for a certain period of time, the filter residue will block the gap, resulting in the formation of differential pressure in the inlet and outlet pipes of the filter. You can observe the value of the pressure difference from the inlet and outlet pressure gauges. When the pressure difference reaches the set 0.1Mpa, or reaches the set filtration time of 4 hours, automatic backwashing will be performed.
In order to ensure the best cleaning effect of the filter, the outlet water pressure of the filter should be kept above 0.25 MPa. If the water outlet pressure does not meet the requirements, a regulating valve should be installed in the main water outlet pipe of the filter to ensure that the pressure requirements (0.25MPa) are met during cleaning
Check for water leaks. Whether there is water leakage in each sealing part of the equipment and the auxiliary valves, etc. If there is water leakage, find out the location and cause of the leakage point, and stop the leakage in time.
Check for vibration. Check whether there is abnormal vibration when the valve is opened and closed. If there is vibration, find out the cause and take timely solutions.
