Large flow security filter installation steps
1. First clean the filter housing thoroughly;
2. Connect the inlet and outlet of the shell with the pipeline of the filtration system. When connecting, pay attention to the direction of the connection, ensure that the outside of the filter element enters the water, and check the state of the water outlet inside;
3. Open the plastic bag at one end of the filter element opening, check whether the O-ring is intact and in place;
4. Use a suitable wetting agent to wet the O-ring and the filter seat socket;
5. Hold the end of the filter element close to the O-ring, and vertically insert the filter element socket into the filter element socket completely;
6. After inserting all the filter elements, remove the outer packaging of the filter elements, then buckle the pressure plate to fix it, and then install the metal cover;
7. Open the vent valve on the top of the housing;
8. Open the inlet valve a little so that the liquid can enter the housing until the liquid overflows from the air release valve on the top of the housing, at which point the air release valve can be closed;
9. Slowly adjust and open the downstream outlet valve until it is fully open;
10. Slowly adjust and open the inlet valve until the pressure on the upstream and downstream of the filter drops to 0.02mpa when it is fully opened.
Precautions for installation of large flow security filter
1. The filter is mainly combined and configured according to the principle of "coarse first, then fine", and the order cannot be reversed;
2. The actual compressed air flow, pressure and temperature passing through the filter cannot exceed the specified value on the nameplate;
3. Pay attention to distinguish the inlet and outlet positions of the filter during installation;
4. The installation of the filter should be vertical to the ground, and a certain height from the ground should be left to facilitate the replacement of the filter element;
5. When the effect of the filter deteriorates obviously, and the pressure difference value exceeds 0.07mpa, the filter element needs to be replaced;
6. For filters without automatic drains, the ball valve should be opened regularly to remove the accumulated water in the filter housing, usually no less than 1-2 times per shift;
7. The intake temperature of the filter cannot exceed 66 degrees Celsius;
