The LFDZF series multi-column self-cleaning filter produced and developed by Lifelt is composed of a housing, a filter element, a backwashing rotary mechanism, a differential pressure controller, and an electric control part. The filter element adopts high-strength Johnson wedge-shaped filter mesh or metal braided mesh filter element, and automatically cleans the filter element through pressure difference control and timing control. When the impurity in the filter accumulates on the inner surface of the filter element, causing the inlet and outlet pressure difference to increase to the set value (eg: 1kgf/cm2), or when the timer reaches the preset time, the electric control box sends out a signal to drive the backwashing mechanism. When the mouth of the backwash suction cup is directly facing the inlet of the filter element, the drain valve opens, and the system releases pressure and drains water, and a negative pressure zone with a relative pressure lower than the water pressure outside the filter element appears on the inside of the suction cup and the filter element (backwash pressure difference value Controlled at 3~4 times of the filter pressure difference), forcing part of the net circulating water to flow from the outside of the filter element into the inside of the filter element, and the impurity particles adsorbed on the inner wall of the filter element enter the pan with the water flow and are discharged from the drain valve.
Operation and use of multi-column self-cleaning filter:
When the power of the filter electric control cabinet is turned on, the system enters into different working states according to the position of the manual/automatic selection switch. According to the actual needs of production, the filter system has the following two operating conditions:
1. Regular automatic self-cleaning
When the manual/automatic selection switch is turned to the automatic position, the filter starts according to the set time control.
The automatic cleaning interval is 1 minute to one hour (set according to the actual debugging situation), open the drain valve, the time interval can be adjusted, and the opening time can be adjusted each time. The filter is automatically cleaned and a status signal is output. When the flushing set time is in place, close the sewage valve, and the cleaning work is over.
2. Manual cleaning
When the manual/automatic selection switch is turned to the manual position, the manual cleaning state starts. Press the start button, the filter enters the manual cleaning state. Press the button to open the sewage valve to start sewage, and the system will enter the manual filtration state after completion. The manual cleaning time is determined according to the condition of the filtrate, and the pressure difference returns to normal after cleaning. Press the stop button of the sewage valve to end the manual cleaning.
