2. For the vacuum oil filter, pay attention to refueling, change the oil regularly, pay attention to draining the oil and water, and clean the filter element in time to maintain the oil quality.

3. During the use of the vacuum oil filter, if abnormal phenomena are found, the control valve should be closed immediately for maintenance. At this time, the check valve controls the oil in the air circuit to prevent backflow. After overhaul, open the control valve to continue working.

4. Open the air gland and put the crude oil into the pressure tank, but the loaded crude oil shall not exceed 80% of the volume of the air pressure tank. After filling the oil, cover the air gland immediately, close the air release valve, open the control valve and then open the oil nozzle, turn on the power switch, and the vacuum oil filter will work normally only after all the oil is discharged from the oil nozzle.

5. During the filtration process of the vacuum oil filter, due to the accumulation of filter residue on the filter cloth, the resistance increases and the speed slows down. It should be stopped to clean the filter residue. Scrape off the filter residue from the filter cloth with a wooden or bamboo scraper, and then reuse it. In practice, it is necessary to find out the time when the filter residue is full, be aware of it, and remove the filter residue on time.

6. Before the filter residue layer is formed, the filtrate is turbid. At this time, the oil is re-filtered. After the filtered oil meets the requirements, the vacuum oil filter enters the normal working state.

7. When the crude oil in the pressure tank is finished filtering, when the oil outlet nozzle is exhausted, the oil nozzle can be closed, and the other oil nozzle is also exhausted for a while, then the air release valve is opened, and the filtration is all over. (Type 35C has one oil nozzle for one-sided filtration, exhaust the oil nozzle for a while, and the filtration is over.
