Working principle of multi-core fully automatic backwash filter:
The automatic backwash filter is a rotary arm structure filter, which is an intensive filter. This self-cleaning filter is mainly composed of a casing, a motor, a reducer, a differential pressure controller, a CPU programmable controller, It is composed of electric control box, valve, precision filter element, supporting parts, backwash arm and so on. Multiple filter cartridges are installed in one filter cartridge with compact structure.
Introduction to the working principle of multi-core self-cleaning filter:
The filtered liquid enters the filter from the inlet, enters the filter screen through the lower fixing plate, the liquid flows from the inside of the filter screen to the outside, and flows out of the filter from the outlet of the filter cartridge; the impurities discharged by backwashing are discharged from the sewage outlet.
Self-cleaning filter process description:
▲During the process of liquid flowing from the inside to the outside of the filter screen, solid particles are trapped inside the filter screen.As the amount of contamination increases, the pressure differential between the dirty and clean sides of the filter gradually increases. When the pressure difference reaches the set value, the pressure difference gauge will send out a signal, and the filter will start the automatic backwashing process.
backwashing process:
■The deceleration motor drives the flushing arm to rotate through the intermediate shaft, and the positioning switch controls the rotation angle of the flushing arm so that it is aligned with the filter to be cleaned;
■The blowdown valve is opened to create a pressure difference between the outside of the cleaned filter (clean side) and the drain;
■Under the action of pressure difference, the liquid flow on the clean side flows from the outside of the cleaned filter to the inside for backwashing, and the pollutants accumulated on the inside of the filter are washed away and discharged from the filter through the sewage outlet;
■The backwashing time of each filter screen is set. When the set backwashing time is reached, the backwashing process of the filter screen is over, and the deceleration motor drives the flushing arm to rotate again to backwash the next (group) filter screen., and so on to back wash each filter;
■After all the filter screens are cleaned, the drain valve is closed,the flushing arm returns to its original position under the control of the electric control box, and a backwashing cycle ends.
■Since backwashing is a process of washing one (group) filter screen by one (group) filter screen, the filter can still maintain the filtering state of the liquid flow during the backwashing process.
