◆Working Principle
The dust-laden gas enters the ash hopper through the air inlet, and the dust-laden gas enters the clean air chamber through the filter bag as clean air, and then is exhausted by the fan through the exhaust port of the clean air chamber. Dust accumulates on the outer surface of the filter bag and keeps increasing, which makes the resistance of the dust collector rise continuously. In order to keep the resistance of the equipment not exceeding 1200PA and the dust collector to continue to work, regular dust removal is required. Dust cleaning is performed by the program controller to start the pulse valve sequentially, so that the compressed air (0.5-0.7MPa) in the bag is ejected from the hole of the blowing pipe (primary air), and the ambient air (secondary air) that is several times larger than the primary air is induced. Entering the filter bag makes the filter bag expand rapidly in an instant, and with the reverse action of the air flow, the dust is shaken off to achieve the purpose of dust removal.
