◆Working Principle
Cutting and polishing dust air filter is composed of ash hopper, upper box, middle box, lower box and other parts. The upper, middle and lower boxes are divided into chambers. When working, the dusty gas enters the ash hopper through the air inlet, the coarse dust falls directly into the bottom of the ash hopper, and the fine dust enters the middle and lower boxes upwards with the airflow turning, and the dust accumulates on the outer surface of the filter bag. The gas enters the upper box to the clean gas collection pipe - the exhaust duct, and is exhausted to the atmosphere through the exhaust fan. The dust cleaning process is to cut off the air outlet duct of the room first, so that the bag in the room is in the state of no air flow through, and stop the air and clean the dust in each room). Then open the pulse valve and use compressed air to carry out pulse jet soot cleaning. The closing time of the cut-off valve is enough to ensure that the dust stripped from the filter bag after blowing settles to the ash hopper, preventing the dust from being attached to the airflow after leaving the surface of the filter bag. The surface of the adjacent filter bag makes the filter bag clean thoroughly, and the exhaust valve, pulse valve and ash discharge valve are fully automatically controlled by the programmable controller.
