Aluminum alloy initial effect plate frame filter is mainly used for central air conditioning and centralventilation system filtration, for the primary filtration of air conditioning system, mainly used for filtering dust particles above 5μm. The primary filter is mainly plate type, folding type, bag type three styles, frame material with paper frame, aluminum frame, galvanized iron frame, filter material with non-woven fabric, nylon mesh, activated carbon filter material, metal hole mesh, protective net with double-sided spray wire mesh and double-sided galvanized wire mesh.

 Notes

1. According to the cleanliness of the environment, replace the filter regularly (the initial effect is usually 1 to 6 months).

2. Regularly (usually once every two months) with dust particle counter to determine the cleanliness of the purification area with this product, when the measured cleanliness and the required cleanliness does not match, should find out the reason (whether there is leakage, high efficiency whether there is failure, etc.) if the high efficiency filter has failed, it should be replaced with a new high efficiency filter.

3. Stop the machine when replacing the primary filter.
