Filter material

1. Ordinary polyester non-woven fabric

It is made of poly cool fiber material, the filtering accuracy is generally more than 5um. The scope of application: powder spraying, sand blasting, pigment, wood, cement and other industries of filtration.

2. Coated polyvinegar non-woven fabric

Using imported PTFE coated poly cool filter material, the material made of filter cylinder long service life, high filtration accuracy, back blowing ash easier, up to 1-2 years under general working conditions. Scope of application: welding dust, shot peening casting, pharmaceutical, cement, tobacco, textile industry (prevention of coal ash yarn) and other industries of filtration.

3. Anti-static polyvinegar non-woven fabric

Anti-static, that is, anti-static aluminum film treatment, is to cover the surface of the filter material with an extremely thin conductive breathable metal aluminum coating, to avoid static fire jumping, suitable for metal dust filtration, explosion-proof condition dust removal.

4. Wood pulp fiber filter paper

Wood pulp fiber composite filter paper, applicable scope: gas turbine, compressor, sand blasting, tobacco, fly ash, dust and other industries filtration.

5. Replace the long cylinder of the filter bag

The filter area of the filter cylinder is larger than that of the filter bag, and the service life is increased.
